The Buying Process

Step 1: Visit the home page at www.postedproperties.com and find a property you are interested in purchasing. If you would like more information about the property you can call Doug at 480-464-6000.

Step 2: View Property
Like many other wholesalers, all properties are sold in "as-is" condition. You will be able to view the interiors of the home before you purchase the property. This will help you determine how much work, if any, will need to be put into the property.

Step 3: Contact a Hard Money Lender
If you have a preferred hard money lender, please contact them to ensure funds will be available for your purchase. If you have never worked with a hard money lender, we can assist with this process.

Step 4. Close the Deal and Begin Making Money
We always make sure our properties have a clear title, which means you will have title insurance to cover any liens that may surface on the property. All closing costs are paid for by the buyer. The title company will contact you and set up a time with you to sign all closing documents, including lender documents. After signing, the lender will fund and the transaction will close. Now the real fun and money making begins.
