You can start right away by signing up for our free listing alerts on the top left of this page. If you would like to view homes that go before auction you can contact Steve with your criteria of the type of home you are wanting to invest in.

What kinds of properties are in your database?

Our database contains only free and clear homes that were bought at auction.

What information do you provide for each property?

Property information includes the type of property, the street address, property size, number of bedrooms and baths, and usually a photograph. Tax roll information often provides previous sale prices, assessed value, and the age of the improvements. Every property has a clear title, which means you will have title insurance to cover any liens that may surface on the property.

What if I have a buyer for a property that you have, but I want to make some money for myself? How do I get paid?

Prices listed are a net to seller price and do not contain a co-broke commission. You must add the amount that you would like to make onto the list price.
