We are proud to say we have helped our clients purchase over 3,600 homes in Maricopa and Pinal.
Does Posted Properties buy properties for themselves?
We have never competed against our clients for properties, our goal is to provide you the tools and information so you can buy properties.
We are not in the business of fixing and flipping or buy and hold.
Do you require a bid deposit to begin bidding on properties?
Yes, we require a $5,000 fully refundable deposit into our trust account.
Do you charge for drive reports?
There is no charge for drive reports, we are able to drive over 70 properties a day.
Does Posted Properties check title on every property.
We work with Fidelity National Title, and we also have a in house title examiner.
